Welcome to the Ree app! By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

As a user of the Ree app, you are responsible for your actions and the content you share. You must ensure that you do not violate any laws or the rights of others.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All credit purchases made through Ree Services are non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to unused credits, changes of mind, or technical issues.
• Credits are tied to individual shops, not user accounts. Each credit covers one shop with unlimited terminals.
• The one-month (Monthly) package can only be used once per month per user account. You may not purchase multiple one-month packages within the same calendar month.
• Credits are additive - purchasing multiple credits will extend the activation period for a single shop.
• Credits do not expire, but once redeemed for a shop, they cannot be transferred to another shop.

We use Paystack as our payment processor. All transactions are processed securely and subject to Paystack's terms of service.

Ree is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that arise as a result of using the app. We are not liable for third-party services provided through the app, including payment processing services.

Ree reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ree operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the local laws.
